Wonderful space, location and customer support

This was a perfect place to welcome in the New Year as a family and with our pets. The lodge is idyllically situated next to the Cowlitz River, which allowed for beautiful walks, and close to the town of Packwood and White Pass. The private hot tub was delightful after a day of snowboarding and skiing and the small attached apartment afforded just the right amount of privacy for our group. The host was very responsive to inquiries and offered great support. We look forward to coming back!

The house was cute and had games/puzzles. Overall happy with stay. Appreciated it had a washer and dryer.

Description did not specify (or I missed it?!?) that this is a one bedroom, and one of the beds is IN THE LIVING ROOM.

Better instructions would have been useful on:
-on what you’ll see when you drive up (you’ll see the main house and the lower side of this house, which is really an apartment over a garage first).
-how to use the heat sources
-how to use the sauna

Could have been cleaner (lots of dust bunnies under beds and in harder or clean areas like plate storage rack in kitchen).

Not exactly kid friendly e.g. could benefit from a folding step stool in the bathroom so little kids could reach the sink; bed in bedroom could be pushed against the wall so kid wouldn’t roll out of bed, etc.

We stayed at this cabin during Christmas, and it was the perfect gift for our children. We had a wonderful time making holiday memories in such a beautiful setting.
The location is unbeatable:
• Convenience: It’s located very close to a convenient store for last-minute supplies. A ski store near by for renting skiing items.
• Skiing: Being so close to White Pass Ski Resort (25mins)made our daily trips to the slopes incredibly easy.
The host, TMC, was exceptional. Communication was very fast, and they were always one step ahead, providing all the information we needed to navigate our trip and stay before we even had to ask. The directions were clear and easy to follow, which made the arrival stress-free.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property for their next trip. We will definitely be back!

The home is beautiful and comfortable. Our family haf so much fun skiing, snow shoeing anf spending time together. The hot tub was fabulous after a day of skiing.

We booked this cabin in hopes of having a white Christmas. We ended up getting rain but still enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, the views are amazing, the kitchen is stocked with supplies and the hot tub was great. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at this property for couple of nights, I appreciate the way very basic needed items were kept properly. For kids, adults, kitchen items and everything was perfect. EV charger was an advantage. Thank you !

Hello. We loved our stay and in Packwood and everything was great at the cabin. Has everything we need, very clean, great location. We look forward to staying there again. The only thing that I noticed this time was the blind covering the sliding door onto the deck did not want to retract fully and seems to be worn out. Did not affect our stay but wanted to let you know. Thank you again.
